I began my career selling services to healthcare organizations, many were still using paper records. But I saw the digital shift coming—and wanted in.
I launched Searchlight Recruiters, Inc. to help build the teams driving healthcare’s transformation through software and services. For 25+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of healthcare, tech, and talent—recruiting across product, sales, engineering, and marketing for companies ranging from scrappy startups to scaled enterprises.
As my clients expanded beyond healthcare, so did I. Today, I recruit for biotech, fintech, and other innovation-led organizations where precision and vision are non-negotiable.
